Disney Animated Movie Challenge: Part IV

I'm so glad to be back and continuing to power through this challenge. This outfit was such fun to put together, especially after just reading Julie Andrew's memoir where she covers her time working on Mary Poppins. Mary Poppins was also the first musical I ever saw on Broadway back in 2008.

A Few of My Favorite Things

One of my goals for this year is to get more comfortable in telling more about myself. I'm actually an introverted person who doesn't like to talk about themselves, but I want y'all to get to know me more and be able to relate to each other because I want this space and Instagram to become a community for everyone.

It's feels a little cheesy, but I feel like a quick way for one to get to know people is to know what their favorite things are, so below I listed out a few of mine and I would also love to know a few of yours too! So be sure to leave a comment below listing a few of your favorite things.

Disney Animated Movie Challenge: Part III

And we back, back back, back again. I'm so excited for this section of Disney movies. These movies make me so happy that Disney created Disney+. I honestly don't know where else you could have the opportunity to watch classics like Cinderella and Peter Pan by just clicking a button.

This section was such fun to find an inspiration for an outfit and I love how they turned out. AJ and I actually accidentally found this place when we were walking to another location in the West Village to shoot some photos.

You Live, You Learn (Jagged Little Pill Review)

First broadway show review for the 2019-2020 season! Y'all this season looks like it's going to be fire and I'm so excited to try and see as many as possible as they start performances.

I started hearing the buzz for this musical when Derek Klena was cast in the show for the pre-Broadway run. I've seen Derek Klena in Anastasia previously as he's one of the many broadway performers whose career I try to follow. I'm not 100% sure what got me interested in this show, but when I heard it was transferring to Broadway, I figured I would try to see it eventually.
