Target - September 2020 Haul

Hey y'all. Happy last day of September! Better late than never for this Target haul right? Fall is finally starting to peek it's head around the corner down here and I am living for it, minus the allergies. We are finally starting to get cooler weather here and Sydney is definitely taking advantage of us keeping the windows open for her to keep a watch on the squirrels and birds outside. We're also definitely taking advantage of the cooler weather at the restaurant by keeping the take out window open more.

With the new weather comes a new wardrobe and since all my warmer weather clothes are still in NYC, I needed to get a few fall staple items and Target was the best place to begin this quest. I've also already placed the order for the October haul and I'm actually thinking of making it a two part, because there were a few things that I wanted to get that were sold out, but I'm really excited to build up on my fall wardrobe.

First up is my favorite fall staple item, a flannel button down. These flannels are only $20 at Target and comes in 8 different colors. There are so many ways to style a flannel and I'll be sharing a post showing how I style them in the next few weeks. I love the different colors of these flannels and while they aren't a true flannel fabric, it's perfect for those of us trying to get the fall vibes while still dealing with 90 degree weather. This flannel top can also be used all year round because it is just a cotton fabric. I sized up to a Large for layering and a longer look.

This felt hat has been a favorite of y'all over on Instagram and I can see why. It's the perfect accessory to dress up any fall outfit and goes with so many different styles that I can't believe it took me so long to finally get one. Not only that but this one is incredibly affordable at just $22 and is also adjustable to be able to fit your head comfortably without fear of it flying off on windy days.

You know I love Target graphic tees and they have definitely changed how they create their tees. They are more loose fitting and thicker material. I still sized up to a Large for an oversized look that I prefer because I do mostly use these tees to sleep in. These tee is available for $12.99 and has been a popular graphic over on Instagram.

I tried to snag this graphic tee for the August haul, but they were sold out in all sizes but an extra small. When I saw they had restocked when I was getting the September haul, I grabbed on as quickly as I could.  This is similar to the old graphic tee style of a lightweight fabric and shorter length so I did get the normal one size up of a Large for a looser feel, however I just couldn't pass up on a graphic tee featuring one of the most well known bands of the 80s, Journey.

After trying out the Wild Fable jeans in the August haul, I wanted to try a pair from Universal Thread. While the store was pretty picked over, I managed to find these pair and I love how different they are. These are the super high rise skinny jeans in a gray wash, which is something different from the normal washes I own but I love them. They are a stretchy denim to allow good movement and fit TTS. I'm wearing size 10R in these and they hit right at the ankle. They are available for $25.
